This is a great course for anyone who is a leader, or is new to it. You will gain more insight and effective techniques for coaching. I personally have learnt many new things about myself and developed emotionally and also mentally, learning new theories and exploring my weaknesses and strengths has never been so much fun. I now accept myself and know how to utilise my strengths and improve on my weaknesses.
This course helped me to build more confidence and trust in myself and personal vision.
In order for us to lead we need to be leaders of ourselves first!
