I really enjoyed hearing about the links between the brain development of young children and the way that creative environments support this, and seeing the photos of the fabulous environments created by Theatre of Adventure. I was so inspired by Estelle Morris's riveting and candid experiences about leadership - the importance of saying 'yes' and of not giving up on your vision.
